Renewing an existing membership

All memberships are set to auto-renew each year at the rate that you originally paid. You will receive an email a few days prior to renewal letting you know this and giving you the option to update your payment details or cancel.

New Credit Card

If you need to update your credit card information, simply login to the billing portal. If you are a member, a link to this portal was sent to you upon signup and you can visit this to "Update your Payment Method."

The link does expire for security reasons; if it has expired, login to your account at, click on your name, select "Your Account," and then scroll down to "Access Billing Portal."

If you haven't confirmed the subscription through the billing portal yet, you will receive an email asking you to "click to confirm" in order to enter. This does not mean that you will be charged again; it is simply required by the billing system we use.
