The Polygon Slider widget displays a slideshow with transitions unlike any other slider in the MuseThemes library. Transitions utilize polygon shapes that cascade, collapse and swirl as the site visitor advances through the slideshow. With custom captions, five transition styles and support for eight images, you're sure to find the perfect way to uniquely show off your images.

Setup in Muse

  • Place the widget on your site where you would like the slideshow to appear.
  • The widget container may be resized in order to control the size and shape of the gallery once previewed or published.
  • Use the Resize dropdown in the Top Menu to control the responsive behavior of the gallery.

WIDGET OPTIONS

  • Open the widget option panel.
  • Transition Style: Choose from 5 different transition styles. Transitions happen when the user advances from slide to slide.
  • Enable Image 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8: Each image (beyond the first) must be enabled in order to add them to the slideshow. Use the image loader to load each image.

TOP/MIDDLE/BOTTOM TEXT SETTINGS SECTION
There are three separate sections where you may enter and customize the text that appears as a caption in the slideshow. Each section has the same settings, but applies to either the top, middle, or bottom portions of the caption. The settings in these sections are design settings, and will not be covered in detail here, as they are labeled with their exact function.

NAVIGATION SETTINGS SECTION
Similar to above, the Navigation Settings section allows you to enter the text that is used as slideshow navigation. The remainining settings are design settings, and will not be covered in detail here, as they are labeled with their exact function.
