Setup

  • Drag the widget from the library and drop into your project in Design mode.

  • Place the widget where you would like your Buy Now button to appear on your page.

  • If you don't already have an account at Sellfy.com, create one there.
  • Your Sellfy account becomes your "backend" where you manage your products, sales, customers, etc. To begin selling products, add a new product from your dashboard in Sellfy.
  • Once you've customized your product with a description, image, price, etc., access your buy now link. At the end of this link, you will see a 4 character string. Copy the character string.
  • Open the widget option panel in Muse. Paste the character string into the Product ID field.
  • The only other setting is the Button Mode. Use this dropdown to select "Opens Lightbox Popup" or "Opens In New Window". The lightbox popup option brings up a small popup with product details, and a buy button. When a customer clicks on the buy button in the popup, they will be directed to a separate payment page. The "Opens In New Window" option takes the customer to a separate details / payment page (off of your site).
  • Repeat the above process for any additional items you wish to sell on your site.
