Quickly integrate your Wufoo forms into Adobe Muse using this widget. Wufoo is a fantastic option for complex forms that require file upload, order calculation or collecting payment information. Simply enter your account name and form ID into the widget and the form will instantly appear on your canvas in Muse.

Setup
Drag the widget from the library and drop into your project in Design mode.
The widget should be positioned on the page where you would like the form to appear in the browser.
Setting up your form at Wufoo.com
If you don't have an account at wufoo.com, set one up. There are free and paid options there.
Create a new form.
Once your form is looking good, click the Share button. There is a string of random characters in the URL that they show you: this is your form ID. You can copy it from the Share URL or grab the "Hash" string when you click on the API link.
Lastly, note your user ID that you set up in Wufoo.
Linking your form in Muse
Now that you've set up a form at Wufoo.com, you will just need to link it to the Wufoo Forms widget in Muse. Open the widget option panel.
Enter the Form ID and User ID noted above in the previous section. When these are entered correctly, you should see a preview of the form appear in Design Mode.
